Before you book with us, please read the essential information below so that you’re able to enjoy your stay at Sandra’s Guest House to the full.
Make a Reservation
Rates include accommodation, breakfast and use of the guest lounge.
Management reserves the right to change rates without notice. Rates quoted for confirmed bookings will be honoured.
We require a 50% deposit of the total accommodation to secure a reservation.
The deposit is payable within 24 hours of making the reservation, failing which the room allocated to the booking is released for re-sale.
Payment can be made via any of the following:
Any bank charges incurred by Sandra’s Guest House in relation to international fund transfers are to be met by the guests and will be added to the balance due on departure.
Any outstanding balance is payable on arrival and any additional expenses on departure.
A 5% handling fee will be charged on all cancelled bookings.
Less than 14 days forfeit the full deposit.
From 14 to 21 days forfeit 50% of the deposit.
From 21 to 28 days forfeit 25% of the deposit.
Full deposit will be forfeited for cancellations between 15 December and 10 January.
‘No Shows’ will be charged the full accommodation price.
Arrival and Departure Times
Rooms will be available from 14h00 – 17h00 on the day of booked arrival.
Late or early arrivals must be arranged with management.
Departure must be by 10h30 on the booked day of departure.
Late departure is at the discretion of management and dependant on room availability.
It is your responsibility to take out appropriate personal travel insurance.
Damage to Contents / Property
In the event of any damages to the room, a suitable amount will be added to your final bill to rectify the damage and/or replace the item(s) affected.
Sandra’s Guest House and it’s owners or employees do not accept any liability for loss, injury or damage howsoever arising sustained by any person in or around the premises.
